Guest guest
Hi ,  Do you experience swelling in your hands and feet? I wake up with this a lot. Subject: Natural remedy for inflammation To: " Tetheredspinalcord " <tetheredspinalcord > Date: Friday, March 11, 2011, 4:53 PM  My massage therapist has a pretty good recipe, that I have yet to try. However my father in law tried and helped him with arthritis in the lower back, since we are talking about natural cures. " Fire Water " : Take ginger (2 cups) cut and boil in 6 cups of water for 1 1/2 hours. Drink water.... Apparently the pain just went away, you can add Goji Berries if you don't like the spice. I plan on trying this weekend, I am not a good drinker of strange things

Guest guest
I did! It did take some of the pain away on Saturday. I am planning on doing it again on Monday. I haven't done it since because I am traveling for work, can't boil in hotel.
