difficulty with eye contact

Any ideas to increase eye contact? My 10 year old daughter, who is socially

shy, has great difficulty with eye contact. Having her picture taken is very

difficult because she can't look at the camera. She says she doesn't like when

people look at her when she has to be in front of a group. She would like to be

able to be in front of people but it seems immpossible for her to look forward,

she always looks down.
