I kept wondering where you had gone...I thought you were out and just too busy doing great things with your family. I am sorry you got so ill... And I am happy to see you are back. Rifing ... Where you doing this on your own? Did you have someone to guide you through? I have recently in the past two months been able to get my technical mind back. Love you all, Great to be back.

Oh my!! Sorry to hear that, but glad you are doing better. I have heard many

similar stories blamed on Lyme. It can kick your butt, and take your mind.

Four or five years ago, I was so ill that I could barely walk and talk. I just

couldn't believe how disabled I felt. I have small children, so I can't be

sick. The moments my mind could focus a little, I would get on this Internet to

learn, learn, and learn. It was a slow climb back, but as most with Lyme say, I

am 90% better, but still struggle with the 10%, which is alot in itself. I

never thought it would take so long to regain my health, and at other times I

thought I was past the point of no return, as in too sick to make it. I guess

if I have learned anything these past years it is to treat yourself from all

angles, assisting your body with detoxing, inflammation, digestion, ridding

pathogens, etc. I can not say there is a " best way, " just that you need to do

it.

Hi shelly,

I wondered where you went. I have been sick like that in the past too. I have

been focusing on killing worms and have made some major health gains. I have

been considering rifing too. I would like to learn from your experience if you

can share with me.

How interesting Caryn,

recently i have gone on the raw food diet. All I see is parasites of many kinds

since in my stool. That is what my body is working on right now. On rifing. I

did the instructions which ended up bad for me, rifing for a minute on lyme a

day, then like alternating one minute on babs one day one minute on erlichia the

other day, and one minute of bartonella a day. This was unsuccessful for me, it

created a situation with too much dieoff. Although I was really kicking barts

butt. I wasn't taking adequate moppers, I killed off more than my body could

handle dealing with. Also I might have permanently damaged my nervous system or

brain. At one point while laying my head on the machine, i just felt a section

of my brain " fry " for lack of a better word. this is the left occipital part of

my brain above the ear in a 3 inch oval. I also lazered that area. I believe

that was a bartonella colony, but still, my brain is there too. The straw that

made the whole thing collapse was beginning treating mycoplasma on top of

everything else i was doing. After just two treatments of mycoplasma I was in

bed unable to move or talk or barely walk locked up in a seizure for four

months. I infer from this that mycoplasma might be better off being treated

alone, and without anything else. Also, lyme doctors only work on one thing at a

time, maybe two, rarely more than that. I would not rife again unless being on

an all raw food diet. The only successful people I know of are eating raw foods,

and only working on one or two things, and only rifing once a week. It is not

their main treatment, just an add on. There are many ways to do it though. My

first symptoms that something was wrong was tics and tremors. I ignored those

and pressed on. In hindsight any kind of wonky neurological symptom probably

means you are doing too much killing/need more liver and kidney, organ support,

skin brushing, milk thistle, dieoff moppers and to pull back on killing:)

Isa,

I had some guidance, but in hindsight didn't know enough or respect it enough. I

got caught up in my zeal to cure lyme disease and press forward. Even when I

studied everything I could about rifing for six month prior and read the book

" lyme disease and rife machines " . I didn't know anyone locally to talk to, and

the information I got on rifing from the lymerife and rifing groups led me to

way too much rifing in hindsight. I don't know, I guess I was not in with the

right group of people getting the right information. My all or nothing gung ho

personality is dangerous with the rife machine. Flat out. I mean since over

rifing and having problems and mentioning it, then, people will come out knowing

and say yeah, and I've met people or heard things. Of course Royal rife did say

he could cure cancer in one day and it would kill the patient. So...the rife

machine is dangerous. A person could kill themselves with it. That is probably

why it is banned by the FDA. Not that I might not rife again, not counting that

out. Just with more respect and caution than I had before. For example, one

daughter just did one minute of rife several times a week on cataract. She did

not treat lyme. Her cataract shrunk!!! So, i look at it as something that must

be used in extreme moderation. The person I know on the raw food diet does one

minute a week. I was doing 4 minutes a day. so..somewhere way less than what I

was doing lies the balance for each person. The body is better able to deal with

the dieoff on a diet of raw foods. Even 50% or 75% raw foods helps deal with

dieoff. I wouldn't survive lyme treatment I'm on now otherwise.

Since learning about the CCSVI (swollen veins in the neck), and how it keeps the

blood from flowing out of the head, causing toxins to build up in the brain, I

think that it is a large part on why so many of us can't deal with die-off. For

me, the more antiflammatories I take the better. I used to take 4 capsules of

turmeric twice a day, just to stay on my feet. I can get away with 2 capsules

twice a day now, but only because I also take Goji and Mitochondria Restore.

Just saying, it's a lot of work, and going slow actually seems to go faster, and

it's sure a whole lot more pleasant. So, therefore, I think that a lot of us

can only go slow -- that are bodies are incapable of ridding toxins adequately.

I tried to go fast at the very beginning and learned that there is only one way

for me, slow.

Love and prayers,

Heidi N
