If I remember right, one was about my situation and was it normal to be sick like I was. The answer was " no " it wasn't normal. I must have taken in something that didn't agree with me, like milk and that made me have horrible gas. From all that pain and possibly the milk of mags I started throwing up which made me dehydrated. It is a learning process. I have spoken with people who never throw up. I hope you can find their posts to you. I can't remember everything and I'm just 2 weeks out so not much of an expert. I think I will stay away from milk. Right now I'm drinking something called Myoplex. I bought it for the 20g of protein but just saw that it has 16g of sugar. I think I'm at a point of not wanting anything to eat or drink. I'm drinking this because I should, but it tastes awful to me. These things cost $3.00 each!
