Congratulations! A grandma. What a wonderful part of life. I have 7

grandkids and just love it. Its great to see them come and great to see

them go. LOL.

Is this the gal that was eating chitlins and chicken gizzards and hearts?

Dear ,

My son is 18 and still living at home.. he is trying to get hired with

either the police dept or the fire dept and has several testing dates and

interviews coming up. I hope that he is able to do the responsible thing and

be a good parent for this child..

They have already decided on names .. if it is a girl.. it will be a Brigata

Ditz.. german names that belonged to her grandmother who raised her... and if

a boy, will be Basil.. havent decided on a second name yet..

Dear ,

I know that God will provide for this little blessing on the way. The kids

are really acting happy about their baby on the way.. I just hope that

things work out and they can take proper care of this little one.. I did tell

them I wasnt the automatic baby sitter.. they had to ask before they

assumed..

Hey girl Congratulations they are so precious I had mine all weekend and they

were too cute I could tell you some funny things but afraid I would bore some

with my granny stories but I have to tell this one I heard the baby who is 21/2

crying and went to check on him asked what happened he said nothing laid on my

shoulder snubbing and finally said maybe he fell and hit his head and I

said how did that happen he said I will tell you the truth Gwannie and Chase

the little one still being quiet and I said how did it happen and he

said he maybe run into my elbow and I said how did he do that and apparently

had stopped and put his elbow up and Chase ran into it so lol

got in a bit of trouble but not a lot cause he did tell the truth and I laughed

later today and All I can say is they are a Joy

I had mine this weekend and Just tonight I said man I love those babies

sis I know you are worried about these things but all will be fine God is

in control Be thankful that you know because my oldest grandson was six months

old when I found out I had a grandson

I know it's hard. If only you could give him your years of wisdom in one

day. He will go through a lot of changes and he will fail at times, but how

many kids of 18 are looking into real jobs. He will make it, with help from

his family

It will be just fine - truth - all 3 of ours were 'surprises' per se - and dh's

son was helping raise one just before he turned 18 - not his but the

girlfriends - all are truly a joy - and - the parents - are doing just fine 11

years later - will be just fine - God takes care of stuff like this... hugshugs

Steve said that is great just what they didn't need right now and I was furious

it went on for over a month I told him it was God's gift and to get over it and

I hope he finally has and I cried and told him I thought he would be happy if

something happened the way he acted and he said if something happens it is not

my fault don't blame it on me I just know they can't afford another and I said

Yes make that clear last night called and wanted to know could Shelby

and come here and stay so her and Tommy could go see a movie and mind you

is also a grandson and had volunteered to keep him for Adam and

Sherry to go Honda riding and I said yea well then when they get her she said

They had a bath and Shelby is spending the night so I can go turkey Hunting with

Tommy and then and Chase would not leave again and They didn't want to

leave tonight when Mouse and were ready to go home but I sent them

packing and said Granny loves you and will see you at 6 in the morning and OH me

here I set anyway point is you did the right thing and lay down those rules and

stick to them . Mouse said after this baby is born is going to work full

time and I said if she does you need a baby sitter I am not going to be nor do

I feel like being tied down all the time . I mean I am selfish I guess as I lose

weight I want o be able to do stuff I have missed out on if my darn knees will

quit aching so bad
