Guest guest
, Thanks to you and all that responded. You all seemed to agree with what is going on, so guess I had better get my " bottom " to the doctor right away. Guest guest
Read everything you can, the good and the bad, so you know what to expect. Some doctors recommend walking and dieting before the surgery, but mine didn't. I don't think I could have focused on it anyway. It is normal to feel excited and anxious at the same time. Even though this is a good thing that will improve your life, it is still surgery, and you wouldn't be human if you didn't get a little jittery right before. Focus beyond the surgery, to the new you and your new life. That's what I did, and it helped a lot. I also have crazy people at GastricBypass-InfoCentral- that wouldn't let me get too intense! I had such a peaceful feeling going into the surgery, it was amazing! I had surgery a week ago, and it went fine, glad I did it! Let us know about your progress...
