And if I may put in my own selfish request here, any recommendations for self-compassion exercises and/or books? I recall someone mentioning a while ago about Brene Brown, so I'm looking into her books. Curious--anyone read Neff's stuff? She seems to be a biggie in the self-compassion field. Thanks in advance!
