Guest guest Posted September 9, 2011 Report Share Posted September 9, 2011 Here's a dilemma that I'm facing: how do I know when to do something that is valued, like being caring and honest with those close to me, without this meaning giving in to OCD urges to be truthful, or merely being fused with thoughts, e.g., " I can't keep things from my parents and still be a good son.
