Guest guest
I've been reading lots of different ACT books lately and in one I saw the phrase "Stuck But Not Broken." The phrase keeps coming back to me. I used to get stuck and stay stuck for days. Now I do notice that the more I practice ACT my stucks are less frequent and not quite so sticky, most of the time. When I get stuck I tend to blame myself - "I know this stuff, why can't I just do it" - as if I have never heard of ACT. self-compassion, ... Just because I am stuck, I am not broken.Bill
