I know that ACT and other works of wellness cannot be relegated to a sequential

list of steps to take to work through a difficulty ... however I have found just

those lists can be a guideline to bring distress to actions and feelings of

wellness.

An advantage of such an approach when it is looked at as a circular or

spiriling process is that as we go around again, we become more able.

I know has a fine model such as this near the end of 'Get out of

you Mind and Into your life' It is in a summary form .... what I am looking for

is something more detailed Yet not rigid.

I am working on a model of this myself that I believe can become the basis of a

group self help format (an actual meeting where people meet) Of course it can be

done with a small group on the net itself with one person presenting a

situation, another facilitating that step by step questions and some others who

can comment at certain times.

When I learn more from your responses, reading some more of the beginner

oriented ACT books .... etc .... I will be able to enhance what I am doing ...

and look for more enhancement from others.

MartyK

I often find myself overwhelmed and not certain where to start.  I recognize the I am fuzed with overwhemled and uncertainty.  A list  would possibly be a helper.
