Guest guest
We got 12 nights straight of sleep when we started camel milk. Now we are back to the old what is n TV at 4 a bit.Keena i bet those 5 nights alone were worth the price...that is just too bad it didn't last. did you ever try alternating like 5 nights on 2 nights off to see if you could get the same results? sleep has always been elusive over here and much coveted. Roseann Re: Emf protection I have the earthing sheet and the first 5 nights my son slept on it he slept through the night - first time in years. Nights 6 and 7 he still woke up though. > > > > > > After all this discussion about EMFs, I would love to hear everyone's protection input I intend to get a gauss meter to check my son's room, but haven't yet. A canopy is out of the question b/c his favorite stim involves curtains. Someone mentioned that cork may absorb EMFs. I have seen two devices that claim to neutralize EMFs and geopathic stress from Senergy, which may be the most economical, but I have no idea if it works. > > > > > > TIA > > > Keena > > > > > > ------------------------------------
Guest guest
Mardi, during the day, just experiment with you breakers turning each one off and on to see what rooms they feed power to. You will probably only have one maybe two breakers to shut off for your child's bedrooms, these will not be ones that power your fridge/freezer. The head of his/her bed should not back up to live power at night, so that wall you definitely want dead. You don't want that bed room backed up to TV/electronics or Kitchen appliances. Be sure no compact fluorescent (dirty electricity) or dimmers for the same reason. Roseann Re: Emf protection I spoke to someone at www.lessemf.com. He was really knowledgable about fabrics. He might know about paint and cork. For those that are turning off the power to your house at night, how do you handle the fridge and freezer? Also, there's a mom with a kid on the spectrum that has posted tons of stuff about ems on www.abcemf.com Cheers, mardi > > > > > > I have heard some complaints about things that block EMFs like paints > > > and such because the theory is that the EMF's will keep bouncing around > > > the room, after entering the window or door, etc. There are things that > > > supposedly diffuse rather than block.
