Guest guest
Hi everyone I began to read GOYM about 3 months ago and did the exercises he suggested. I finished chapter 7 (if I'm not my thoughts then who I am) and stopped for some weeks (I said to myself it's summer, it's hot,...) Now I wonder why should I recount all these stories for you, but let me continue : this may help both me and others, and after all, it'll be very scary without our stories, and may be that's the summary (in one sentence) of chapter 7. Now I want to come back to reading the book, but being a good worrier (before my experience with GOYM I would say " a bad worrier " and I wonder if it could be a defusion technique) I ask myself : should I revise first the previous chapters though it'll be a heavy core? I started GOYM to make an end to my procrastination (and thus to my suffering), now I'm still procrastinating but for my worries and contradictions, I'm taking them lightly (before they were catastrophic) I need your help for this : is there any workbook for GOYM? and is there any material to summarize the defusion techniques ? Thanks.
