ot: Doctor Hoffmann Fund updated address

Mike, I'm forwarding this to some other groups.

Folks this is the doctor in Wisconsin who was basically nailed for supporting the lyme community. He wasn't charged with this but it was very obvious why he was targeted.

I bet you know someone who has Chronic Lyme and doesn't realize it yet!

Just a reminder about the Doctor Hoffmann Fund.I just updated my post on the Madison Area Lyme Support Group website. There is a new address to send the checks to. Also people can now go to any US Bank and drop of your donation into the "Doctor Hoffmann Fund".There is no online paypal account as of yet but it is being worked on.Please just spread the word about the fund and if you haven't and want to make a donation make sure to send it to the new address listed on the site.
