Guest guest
Hi All, Happy New Year! I have been a lurker on this board and have posted a time or too. I was hoping you all could provide me some advice. I was diagnosed with chronic lyme in March of last year. I am currently working with a holistic nutritionist to boost my immune system, but I haven't started treated yet. My doctor used the labcorp blood test and it was pretty obvious I have lyme, plus my cd57 was a 7! We tested both my son and husband using the Labcorp test and they both came back negative. However we used both the zyto and asyra on my son the babesia and other lyme infections come up. My holistic nutritionist also wants to use Nutramedix herbs on him. My husband would like to have more bloodwork on them again. I want to direct my doctor. What would be the most thorough and correct bloodtest - Igenex? What would I specifically ask for? Someone recommended that we go to this holistic nutritionist and she has helped immensely with my crohn's disease. Please her fees are reasonable! In addition, have you all had success using herbals with your children. My son is 6.5 years old and has a diagnosis of pdd-nos and apraxia. We have been chelating for a year now and he has made some wonderful gains. We also utilize other vitamins/supplements and homeopathy. I will say that in the past when he was on antibiotics his scripting and hand-flapping went away. I just wonder if treating the lyme will bring huge gains? I know it's so hard to know. Any advice is greatly appreciated. Thanks! JsMominVA

Guest guest
Thanks for your response! We have been doing Andy Cutler chelation using DMSA and ALA at a low dose. For the last few months we've just been doing ALA. > > > Hi, Can you tell us what you used for chelation? > I think Igenex is the best test for lyme. > > Misty > > > > > > Need Some Advice > > > > > > Hi All, > > Happy New Year!
