My notes are pretty sketchy @ best dealing w/dinner, kids & my dh putting chains

on the work car w/it snowing all happening during the call...good thing it's

muted ;o). Please, others correct the missing pieces during my C- note taking

job (dinner was a B...almost an F as I was working life & education @ the same

time...so forgive in advance).

From a couple of notes that I did get the new frequencies that not only kill but

also support are just as important. He mentioned mineralization is Vital....even
