Re: Probiotics

How many of you use Probiotics?

What are some that, for those of you have used, you would recommend? I am

not concerned about asking, especially since they are over the counter.

Thanks.

Hey Rick...just wanted to mention that I am lactose intolerant too but only of

processed milk. I can drink unaltered (ie raw) milk just fine. It is evidently

something in the pasteurization that alters the protein of the milk so that my

body doesnt digest it. May not be the case with you, I dont know, but since you

are in CO where you can buy raw milk you might try it if you havent.

I do, AM & PM, plus lotsa yogurt since I'm lactose intolerant.

Make sure each capsule has a variety of 10-14 Billion good bacteria.

My current one is Nutrition Now PB8

Rick

Thanks for the info . I plain do not like milk, the taste and

consistency of any kind of milk is nauseating for me.
