Guest guest
, thanks for letting us know you will be in MO from November 19-21. Fort Leonard Wood is about 125 miles from where I live, but according to Mapquest.com, it takes almost 4 hours to get there. I would love to see you and Phil and hope others in the group can join us. My husband, Jim, like other normal people, is asleep since it is after 2AM, but I can check his schedule later this morning. If he is unavailable, I can travel alone, but I am sure he will want to come along. Hillbillybob and , I can probably arrange to be there on the 19th. I prefer not to travel on the 21st, which is Thanksgiving eve. People are afraid to fly right now, so highway traffic which is always heavy on Thanksgiving eve will be even heavier this year. and Ruth, it would be great if you (and the rest of your family) and other St. Louisans could meet with us. Fort Leonard Wood is 125 miles southwest of St. Louis on I-44. and Phil can share stories about their transplants. Doris, you live near St. Louis. Can you meet with us? H., we have not heard from you in a while. I hope you are doing okay. I know you are busy with your husband, new baby, and four other sons. So, everyone who can meet with us, please let us know what your schedules are. It would be great if we could get together, even if just for 2-3 hours.
