Last I knew, many MD's did know this. When I was symptomatic before my last

Detethering,

it was very surprising to the MD's involved that I didn't have any Bladder

issues, as that is

usually the first symptom to pop up, atleast in their experience.

Maybe the knowledge base has changed since then and they do not connect the

2 as well.......

Bladder and bowel issues were my primary symptoms for my tethering both times I

was tethered
