Guest guest
I just read the "confident Gap", very nice read.when I pick up the top values from the list, I found the values on the list are part of human cores. those values which I did have, like compassion, trust worth, courage, love... which exactly describe my character I didn't pick up, I pick up those I currently developing, like self awareness, mindfulness...And I also pick up those 3: patience, acceptance, persistence. these 3 is exactly opposite who I am... when I read the story, the Guy Joe Simpson struggle to bring himself back to camp... I feel irritation, I thought why he hold on so much to life? did struggle create more pain ? His struggle is because he hold on the material world as the only reality.... why he just surrender to universal will. the author's example just describe how over attachment can create pain and struggle....and I observe my feelings, I find that here is acceptance works, the author hold different opinion towards life, death and attachment, I can accept this, allow colorful and opposite opinion exist, accept others as they are. Accept they choose different path.and this story describe persistence and patience, Which I want to develop, but I currently didn't have, when struggle comes I feel irritation, when I see other people have these, it remind me that I lack....The answer lays accept myself , have patience in the journey.
