Guest guest
Susie, dear, could you lighten up just a little? I know how passionate you are, and I really appreciate your concern, however 1 post rather than 3 in a row to Bill on the same subject, please?? This isn't a low carb list, and I hate to lose some folks for that reason. They are big boys and are making their own choices. I feel it's up to us to share our experience and knowledge, but it's not up to us to make anyone change their mind about their own way of doing things. Thanks bunches, Barb, Moderator Re: [low carb diet] > Bill Eastman wrote: > > << We're letting the whole list know that it is possible to eat a BALANCED > DIET, take the prescribed drugs, and have a good A1C. >> > > My intake is pretty evenly divided between carbohydrates, fats and proteins. > Your diet, as far as I can tell, is lopsided, with an overabundance of > carbohydrates.
