Thank you for the recipes - I'll try some this weekend. Maybe I can get the family to eat like I need to (yeah, right! >> On the weekends, and holidays, i feed 2 adult's that are not diabetic, not low carbers, one as a matter of fact has AIDS and needs to eat HIGH CAL and lots of food, as well as feeding 2 growing kids (age almost 10, and almost 12) I provide them with stuff to add to what i cook, and or stuff they can have instead.... most of this, even the 10 yr old can cook, and yes i often make them cook it, if they want it. ie instant mashed potatoes, instant rice, box mac and cheese, white and sweet potatoes nuked in the microwave, frozen frenchfries, some frozen dinners, cereal, bread, chips, bakery stuff in boxes, popsicles, yogurts etc... i just eat more of the hi protein stuff, and run like heck from the other stuff.... they all know at this point, what i'm not eating.... as a matter of fact if i go to cheat they know and will ask me...
