A week post surgery

Hi Everyone:

I just want to say thank you to everyone who has reached out to me

over the last couple of weeks as I've been down with knee surgery. I'm

passing a week since the surgery today and am doing really well. I

just got off pain pills today. I thought that might be difficult but

so far it hasn't been. The week in bed has been very difficult and

I've been doing a lot of reading and writing with my ACT books. I hope

that time and the lessons I'm learning are going to pay off in a

healthier me.
