constant infections

Hi everyone I asked this question before but, wanted to see if maybe I could get

someone who has this problem or has had it to help me. I have had the same UTI

for going on 3 yrs in Sept. I had my kidney taken out in Dec and the dr's

thought this won't total get rid of the infections but they are still here.

I have tried drinking apple cidar vingar mother, taking probotics, and

cranberry pills nothing helps. The antibotics will not get rid of it I am ammune

to them I think yet the dr's keep prescribing them. Can anyoen tell me how to

get rid of them
