Guest guest
I have been trying out bee pollen, propolis, and royal jelly. I tried each separately, and then tried a formula where each capsule has all three. I really like the results! The propolis seemed to be just an immune booster, which caused die-off; I didn't notice the Royal jelly effects right away, and the pollen seems to be an allergy decreaser. Together, though, the difference was really good. I guess they somehow aid each other and balance out each other. I just know that I am really liking the effect. Give these a Google and you will be very impressed with what you read. No one in my large family has shown allergy to these, but there is talk that it could be a danger. Since only one family member has ever been stung by a bee with no allergy noticed, I have no idea if we are allergic to bee venom. And I don't know if you are allergic to bee venom if it also means you are allergic to bee pollen. Just saying, that is a caution, so be mindful of that, and see if your health practitioner thinks it might be beneficial for you to try. I just love it! Also, keep in mind that even a 1/4 capsule of propolis was causing me significant die-off at first. I worked up to one capsule, then ran out for a week. When I restarted with a whole capsule, I got significant die-off again. So, keep in mind that it might cause a lot of die-off. Guest guest
Heidi, We've had good success w/bee products in the past...they are loaded w/vitamins. We ended up finding a local farmer for the bee pollen & for our incredible local raw honey @ one point in time (unfortunately a bear distroyed the hive a couple of years ago so the fresh raw local honey option is not available for now...local is the BEST, especially for allergy issues). The nutritional benefits are fantastic. Doing an advanced search will give some who are additionally interested in manakua honey...I remember Limin having some good info on it.... It did not give us any big wows, but it's so worth the nutritional benefit just looking @ it from a " Good For The Body " nutritional catagory. As always, so appreciate your posting!!! Guest guest
Heidi, Do you mind if I ask what brand(s) you tried? Thanks, Bethany > > I have been trying out bee pollen, propolis, and royal jelly. I tried each separately, and then tried a formula where each capsule has all three. I really like the results!
