how to go past the habit

I think my thinking brain is slave to my habitual self.so no matter what i do

with my thinking self like acceptance or mindfullness it all fall on the stone

wall of old habits.

For example i want to complete my accounts and my thinking brain know its value

but still i am not able to move my physical body to get the pen and start doing

it.

Are there any excercise for behavioural part.
