hello thanks for all healh warrior input, everyone worried about biofilm colonies building on titanium pin/s that must go into elbow Monday; big fall last Sat. elbow and forearm cld lifelong, thyroidectomy 3 yrs ago, thy adr bal still way off, much D and osteoporosis even with natural stuff got BoneUp by Jarrow as backup do not know if it will take due to methylation issues need suggestions to prevent further dmg pls send ASAP thanks JJ
