She wasn't sure. That was why we retested. Then band 39 did not come up as positive but 41 did. Has anyone else come up with results that shift like that?RuthSent from my iPhone

What do you mean by false positive? Lab error? Which lab? I would say a positive 39 at any time indicates Lyme. What did your dr say?

Hope the Spirostat Lab testing nails down your condition. I have one word of advice from my own experience: ---- my Naturopath told me to get blood drawn from TWO SITES, because the pathogens tend to collect in different places in the body.

I tested positive for FOUR pathogens. Here's the clincher: Two were from the finger stick, two different ones were from the toe stick.

So you might want to cover all the bases that way. The lab tech can draw blood from a toe just as easily as from a finger.
