Guest guest Posted March 26, 2001 Report Share Posted March 26, 2001 I make a large container of egg salad, 18 eggs worth, i take a large dollop, prolly bout half a cup, and put it in a dish, with a few slices of bacon, or kielbasa, or pepperoni or ham, and eat it its all pure protein. and its not bad.... or i take some cheese, and nuke it on a plate, or mix cheese with the above meats, or a protein shake.... they are yummy, or cottage cheese.... i too find that i can get away with more carby carbs if i have them with or immediately following protein.
