second opinion appointment?

We're going next week to an appointment for a second opinion on my 15

yo's TCS. First doc said do surgery and suspected that Scheuermann's

kyphosis was casued by tCS but said there is no way to say for sure.

So is there something else I should be asking at a second opinion appt?

I " ll ask all my original ?s and about safety, risks vs benefits, etc.

but is there something obvious that I'm not thinking of with a second

opinion appointment.
