I thought it was due to achilles tendon being so tight. > > Hi, > Does anyone have incredible nerve pain in their heel? I was told this is the sciatic nerve that is effected. When I stand 1/2 foot on carpet, 1/2 on floor I feel it, and also with PT- we do stretches and when they push down on my heel I usually scream. > Does this get better? > I feel like it's causing a lot of the leg pain I have because I irritate it by standing. > Thanks! > > > >
