Biting, pinching and scratching ... Desperate

Hi,My 4 yr son is on NIDS protocol with valtrex, nizorol, paxil and tenex.Last week, he was ocassionally pinching us. Now for the 3-4 days he has been constantlypinching, scratching and wanting to bite if we say "no" to him. He was a very happy kid. His teachers at school also said the same . 1. Not sure why he is doing it? Guys can u pls throw some light. Feeling very bad for him.Don't know what he is going threw.2.His nurse at school wanted we give the medications he is taking. Is it ok to give it to her?She wants it for her records and watch out for him. Will there be any issues if she sees antiviral and antifungals? I was think
