Guest guest
I have listened to a few of these courses in the iPod app during my commute and found them to be worth my time.D Apple have just released a great new free app for the iPad that gives access the audios and videos on their iTunes University. It's called iTunes U. A large number of universities and other educational bodies from all over the world have posted lectures and courses on a wide range of subjects including, of course, psychology. And, best of all, most of the goodies are free! I haven't found anything about ACT yet, but I've only just started exploring (I keep getting distracted by the sections on science and writing), so I may have missed them. There's lots of other stuff about psychology and mental health though that's well worth checking out. Gentle hint: Maybe and his colleagues could publish a few audios and videos in iTunes University. It could be a great way of giving access to information about ACT in one easy-to-access place. Btw, if you don't have an iPad, you can still access iTunes U as long as you have the latest version of iTunes on your Mac or PC.
