I have had good success with both my boys. They both had PANDAS for the first time last year.For my son with autism, I used the HVS mixture remedies (biosode, adaptosode, OS) once I figured out he had PANDAS and before the antibiotic was started. He started with non-stop verbal OCD for a week before having a fever/lethargy and we had him tested. After the abx were started, he had another flair-up of symptoms and again when the biofilm protocol was started (also had another fever when this was added in).My other son had a sinus infection at the same time but I did not realize it was strep...until the P symptoms started three months later. His homeopath recommended three different remedies over three months which took the edge off but did not cure him. I got desperate by the third month, reped the case and came up with a remedy that made him about 70% better. After about three weeks, he hit a plateau and another mom posted an article on another site about using the strep nosode (will post later). I obtained this. Within minutes of giving, his symptoms were 90% better and by the fourth day, they were completely GONE!!!!Homeopathy works...you just need to get the right remedy!JSent from my iPad

FWIW... I don't think the strep nosode will work for all people with PANDAS. I have been speaking with parents of kids with P that have used the strep nosode. Some are responding very well...others are still requiring different remedies.JSent from my iPad

FWIW... I don't think the strep nosode will work for all people with PANDAS. I have been speaking with parents of kids with P that have used the strep nosode. Some are responding very well...others are still requiring different remedies.JSent from my iPad

Allie, my son is also having still PANDAS symptoms (although not as bad as he

envelope " Strept Pyogenes 30C " . I still haven't given it to my son, because he

instructed me first to give him his constitutional remedy and then after week

the strep nosode, so I will let you know what we see. I am very impatient to try

it, because on the PF's board (only for parents that are his clients) I read

very encouraging results – some people say it starts working after only 10-15

min of dosing and all PANDAS symptoms disappear, so I am very curious what we

see, because we have also tried various combination homeopathics in the past

(not classical homeopathy but sequential) without much success, so this is first

time trying the nosode. I will keep you posted for results.

Could you tell little more about the cholestyromine treatment, is this some

special diet or supplement? My son has been also going through cycles of very

frequent urination for the past few years (2 weeks ago he suddenly started

urinating every 5 minutes (test for diabetes and UTI were negative) and Dr. K

said that his antidiuretic hormone (ADH) is off and prescribed nasal spray for

it which we were supposed to be for 4-6 months, however my son had very severe

reaction to it (throwing up) so we stopped it after only 2 days on it.

Interestingly enough my son's frequent urination is again regulated (now again

he can hold up to an hour) although he is not on any supplement or anything else

that we have changed. So I still cannot figure out what is triggering it and

what calming it down. Is it possible to be just PANDAS flare symptom?

My son has been on the low oxalates diet for almost 2 years, but not on the low

amylose diet, this is something new to me. Do you think this diet has helped

also with the frequent urination?

Well, I am at a loss, because my son had good labs last year, The DR Cunningham

stuff has been on the diet and using Cholestryomine for several months!

Also he had his tonsils out last May at the request of DR. K, and I thought

things would calm down. This is the second strep infection this yr.

This is the first time I can remember since he initally had it at 2 yrs old,

that my son has got the strep rash ( which I almost missed because its colorless

and on his upper back,

it felt like sandpaper). Plus he is having the OCD tic's even while on antibx.

Plus IP6.

So I am wondering which homeopathic's are the ones parents have seen work

so well. There has to be an end in sight.

* Been at this so long I am growing weary.

my son is on strep nosodes and doing fantastic. He still needs the support of

other things as well. We do not use abx, but rather OLE, OOO and Burberine ..
