Guest guest
Hi guys, Hope everyone had a good weekend. So I started to get my muscle knots again. They are extremely painful and huge. Anyone else have this issue?Any tips? I am doing massage once a week, PT twice a week (pelvic/muscular), and using heat. But they are huge. I actually think they are interfering with my legs since they go numb and get painful. Any thoughts?
Guest guest
- you could try taking extra magnesium -- not sure on the dosage but you could do some research on that, or ask at a health food store if you don't have a natural health practitioner. It can help immensly with muscle cramping -- whether it would work when it's neurological in nature I don't know. Good luck! Dee To: tetheredspinalcord From: lilacs007@... Guest guest
Hi , Is this the same as you had preop? Do you notice it in relation to the PT if so maybe you have to go slower with exercise routine for now. I am not a big believer in PT. As long as you know how to do basic exercises correctly, then I think you are better off doing the exercises on your own at your own pace, and use exercise bike, pool etc. Have you tried Baclophen, it helps me tremendously. Are other things better since surgery or too soon to know the difference yet? > > Hi guys, > Hope everyone had a good weekend. > So I started to get my muscle knots again.
