Guest guest
Hi, I've received the ok for Yoga (very modified) from my pain doctor and my neuro-rehab and I have a Chiari malformation. I am planning on starting as soon as I heal from my foot/toe surgery. What does Yoga have to do with Chiari; what is the contraindication? Thanks - Kathy Re: Age of Detetherings 's response?? >>>>> >>>>> Hi ...From where did you get this general rule about waiting as >>>> long >>>>> as possible.
