Guest guest
hi users of vests I was told that between 12 and 16 imitate the speed the cilia (ours are damaged or non-existent), and that too long at high pressure/speed may cause a bit of bleeding (by collapsing the little 'grapes' that make up the bronchioles). Also, maybe if starting on high speed/pressure, do 5-10 mins, then another 5-10 mins on a slower/softer then back to somewhere in between. I've experimented with a few 'routines' now, and found that 10 mins starting at 16, then to 14 then to 12 then back to 16 if needed to shake up a last stubborn bit... Too high too long gave me a headache, just didn't feel too good... I also have days where I want stronger and days when soft is better, so I alter accordingly. In other words, your body knows what it needs.Just my try-outs, not prescribed or anything!happy rattling!joy h
