Stretching won't cause someone to tether. It can cause someone who has an

asymptomatic tether to become sypmtomatic. Same with birthing - it can't

cause a (re)tether, but can cause someone with an asymptomatic tether to

become symptomatic.

I'm just going off of what two DRS told me.
