Guest guest
When I misplace my cell phone, there isn't anyone around I can ask to call me to let its ring help me find it. I become quite frantic, more and more upset. To prevent misplacing the phone I bought a money belt like device called Spibelt. I put the phone in there and wear the belt all the time. The other use for the Spibelt is that my tiny Apple Shuffle is in there, loaded with the ACT mp3's. Whenever I would like to do the exercises the headphones and `on' button are right there, resting on my belly in the Spibelt. Writing this I realized how much I use the electronics technology—I also use my cell phone to set alarms to remind of the times I would like to do the exercises. All wired up to become unwired. Guest guest
Interesting. There is an iPhone app for DBT coping skills coaching. It might be an idea for the ACT for the Public SIG to look into this concept as well.
