The circle of anxiety, learning& practice, frustration, go on, and competent

when we go outside comfort zone,learning new skill, start new career, this seems

to be the circle.

takes example of learning public speaking.

Before, I think public speaking is not for me, It seems impossible.therefore I

totally avoid this, and avoid anxiety and growth

when I first enter toastmasters, Anxiety became so overwhelming, my voice

shaking, my hand shaking, my neck shaking.... it almost unbearable, however,

This also help me to release negative feeling and anxiety.

I come to toastmaster, come and go, but despite the consistence, I decide not

give up, as I continue expose myself to this situation, my anxiety reduced

magically.

I begin to know that I can speak and duty is not that difficult.

frustration: I come here for 1-2 years now, why my speech not improve fast.

other members are winning this that competition, someone make good living using

the skills, why I learning so slow? I lack of talent,feeling of disappointed,

and inconsistent with my attendance.

decide to go on, go on, despite of slow progress.

I know one day I will be competent and enjoy this at least....

This apply to all things, one things is swimming, from fear of water to enjoy

this very much..... swimming begin to do lot of favor to me.

will continue doing public speaking and upgrade my career, just write this to

remind myself and also share with the group,
