He has tons of food allergies, plus eosinophilic esophagitis, and eosinophilic gastritis, and a very high blood eos level that could by parasites or maybe his eosinophilic disease. I am afraid to start antibiotics, but also afraid not to. His doctor wants to put him on an antiparasitic antibiotic if the stool culture comes back positive for parasites. I am not supposed to even give him probiotics or supplements because of his eosinophilic disease. How would I test for Lyme? I have heard so many different things about where to get the most accurate test. Also, has anyone tried Applied Kinesiology for Lyme testing and treatment?
