I was forced to go on disability leave a long time ago after a nurse at my work

saw me get out of my car slowly to mail something. They were worried quote on

quote because they didn't have a policy for working with a disability and didn't

want to risk getting sued.

There is never a happy medium for us whether we try to work or file for

disability.

Work... I'm done

Well work has been unbearable.First of all my boss ignores me, when he doesn't I

am being scolded for things.. I found out my coworker was given almost a hundred

accounts and is making money left and right. The comparisons are to her.

Apparently I am not given any accounts because of my illness...

Yesterday I did not even get a " happy Birthday " from him, although he ate my

cake that I brought it.Totally ridiculous.

So.. I'm planning on looking around for something new, and not disclosing my TC.

Should I confront him about these accounts? What do I say regarding the issue of

my illness and work? nothing has changed re: me doing my job correctly.. in fact

I work HARDER because nothing is EVER handed to me.

Have you guys been in this situation? It's appalling.

I took down a CC number wrong once and I was told it's because of my " condition

and medication " .. meanwhile this happens daily to people in the office. So they

are just " stupid " then?

I was recently discharged via email due to my medical condition. It really does

stink that our employers do not understand what we are dealing with.

If the email states that you were let go because of your medical condition,

I would take that straight to a lawyer.

, are you receiving disability from work or Social Security? I often think

of trying for disability, but am afraid I will be rejected because so few people

understand this condition. Since you can't work while applying, if I didn't get

it, I would really be in a mess.

Hi Patsy,

No I am still working. Decided not to go that route because it sounded more of a

hassle than it is worth.

I am in a technical support role so I don't have too do a lot of moving around.

Patsy,

I saw  a lot of people getting attorneys when filing (for pain related on

other forums) you may try a forum like that to see what things would look like.
