Hi Kristy,

I do love soups and would like the recipe. I've not heard of otoi, but will

look for it at the grocery store.

One of our grocery stores has whole salmon on sale for $1.49/lb this week.

They even cut it into filets or steaks. I'm going Tues and get one.

Shopping on Tues, I'll get an additional 5% discount (senior).

I bought a turkey breast last week. I like to cook a large amount of food at

one time and have extras in the freezer. I don't like cooking every day

during the summer.

We have had some nice cool, low humidity days, but it is warmer today. We

really need rain. Everything is drying up. We have well water and I'm

beginning to get concerned about it.

Eunice,

If you have any Spanish markets in your area you can find it

too. My mom says that there is another name for it too so she's

going to get the other names for it and when she does I will

pass it on to you.

We have had both a mixture of rain and sun today. At least it's

not thundering right now. I thought it was going to earlier.

Hoping to be a nurse soon but for now just a Medical Secretary who does a lot of

learning from reading on the Net, books, my dr(s), as well as sharing my own

personal experiences.
