Guest guest
I was tethered back in 2009. I had surgery and seemed to be doing well for awhile. About six months ago I started having alot of pain again, so my MD ordered another MRI and set me up with the NS again. MRI report which I don't have a copy of right now stated that I have a possible tethered cord, however when I went back to the NS he said it was impossible to be tethered again. I am still having alot of pain and have also experienced severe headaches while having bowel movements. Just wondering if anyone has any advice as to what I should do next. Sometimes the pain is so bad it is hard to walk, but I feel like the doctors just think that I am overweight and crazy. I am a nurse so I am on my feet alot and after my shift I feel like I should be crawling in bed with my patients due to the pain. The NS told me I just have a bad back and basically I just need to deal with it. I am very frustrated and just looking for advice.
