Guest guest
Hi All, I mentioned this drug recently but I think the email I sent may have gotten overlooked as spam. My wife sent the link to me and after reading it, as well as doing some separate additional research myself, I find that this drug looks very promising as a treatment for re-scarring in TSC. This could potentially be a game changer the same way in which Viagra, which was meant originally for pulmonary issues, became a viable solution for ED. The drug is currently used as a treatment for cancer and has a number of side effects which I understand researchers are investigating ways to minimize some of the worst ones. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Paclitaxel http://www.spinalcordrecovery.org/news-archive/Cancer-Drug-Found-to-Aid-Cell-Reg\ eneration-After-Spinal-Cord-Injury.php http://biotechstrategyblog.com/2011/03/patients-with-spinal-cord-injury-may-bene\ fit-from-treatment-with-taxanes.html/

Guest guest
When i have a new appointment i will ask this on The Univercity Medical Center in Utrecht. If it is also tested on patients with tetherecord / SB and if it is tested on patients with CES (cauda syndrome) Al i know i was asked but tested negative but know a new patient a hernitation and one with a spine tumor. Guest guest
Continu on this product Taxol The Utrecht University has stopped the program Cause the product becomes resistent. It was tested on mice and never on human. Lots patients aks for this programmes But in Germany UK and the Netherlands this is strict a formality to get new medication when it becomes on the market Taxol is only used on Cancer patients to slow down dividing new cells after the surgery. Mostly chemotherapy is the first step make a tumor smaller. recertefy: IMPORTANT FOR THE MESSAGE I SEND FIRST The patient i mentioned both got more forms of cancer. When i got test positive it can take years the test about this Ec5 expiriance is not able to And never tested on this for scar tissue reforming. Just to terminate a big stabel tumor. Both patients got a better quality of life but not survife of cancer. Exaly both developed problems whit the liver. But on the other hand, it is not the first time that they try to heal crar tissue. In Europe al medicines for that got approved. Only The FDA is clear about it, it realy aggressif The reason patiens are negatif for treathment is that it is used for a few sort of cancer like breast and lung. People like us get never dosed with this Why they quit : Short description : (translated) Tumors may become resistant against new therapy The quest for chemotherapy without side effects based on the molecule ec5 has become a lot harder. The molecule is not the hoped-for achilles heel of tumor cells. Researchers from the Department of Medical Oncology of the UMC Utrecht describe that in the journal Current Biology of 8 October. Marvin Tanenbaum, PhD student at the University of Utrecht, is first author of the article. Many anticancer drugs inhibit the cell division and cancer cells kill as rapidly dividing. However, these resources have often side effects in healthy, non-dividing cells. Scientists seek therefore to resources that only intervene on cell division. Substances which inhibit the molecule Ec5 forms one of those promising new cancer medicines. Ec5 plays a crucial role in cell division and tumor cells many parts would be an Ec5 inhibitor can kill specific tumor cells. Multiple pharmaceutical companies are currently testing Ec5 inhibitors in clinical trials. Researchers of the UMC Utrecht put this research on loose screws. They let in an article in Current Biology shows that the tumor cells without also Ec5. The molecule Kif15 shows the function of Ec5 about being able to accept. That is both good and bad news. It means that tumors can be resistant against Ec5-inhibitors. But it also offers a starting point for new cancer therapy: simultaneous inhibition of Ec5 and Kif15. Both substances are needed during cell division. During cell division doubles the DNA of a cell and it should be evenly distributed over the two new cells. The Ec5 protein controls the formation of pull wires that the DNA apart and spread over the new cells. Without Ec5 failed cell division and cell death. At least that was the idea. Researchers of the UMC Utrecht spurred the Kif15 protein. Kif15 is not normally critical for cell division, but now it turns out that the work of Ec5 Kif15 all over it. This allows tumor cells treated with Ec5 inhibitors may be sharing again. Simultaneous inhibition of Ec5 and Kif15 leads in these cells that still dividing cells dying off. Various forms of chemotherapy, such as taxol, derive their operation to blocking of cell division by the formation of pull wires (or microtubules) more difficult. These microtubules are also important, however, for normal, non sharer, cells in the body, that is why chemotherapy often has many side effects. The protein Ec5 seemed only in dividing cells play a role and therefore an ideal candidate for chemotherapy with fewer or no side effects. That is so not the case. Prof. Dr. René Medema of the Department of Medical Oncology of the UMC Utrecht led the investigation.
