Guest guest
Does anyone have problems with their pain doctors undertstanding that you are not a normal spine patient?I have had two untetherings 4 years apart. I am still tethered, and still have lipoma's inside spinal cord at L4,L5,S1,S2.Some could not be removed because of nerves going thur them.On top of that I have alot of scar tissue as well. I have constant pain in my legs, feet, ankles, toes.I cant walk very far because of this. The pain wakes me up at night and I have to get up and walk around. If I do too much during the day you can bet I will have an accident at night(I dont know when this happens) My pain doc keeps taking away pain meds from me because he said that starting at the beginning of next year they are going to drop the amount of mg's of pain meds a patient can take during the day. I do not abuse my meds ever. I need them to get thur the day. Am very upset about this. I just dont know what to do. Sorry, I dont post often, just needed to get this off my mind and find out what others are doing? I am getting ready to have another MRI in the next couple weeks, just waiting for doctor to set up. Thanks everyone for reading. Hope you all have a painless day. Christie
