Hello all, Some of you may remember that I left this group in March and said I

may return after surgery. Well, here I am! I had my laminectomy March 30th and

it went well. The pain however is still here. I am seeing a Pain

Management Therapist who has given me two steroid epidurals. I am now having

these tremmor like episodes (almost looks like a seizure). Has anyone else

experieced this?

I get a weird jolt through my body sometimes -- makes me jump and feel dizzy too

for a moment -- but I have no idea if this has anything to do with TC -- I

always have described it like a quick " seizure " through my head and body -- but

it only happens occasionally, and very quickly -- but sometimes will leave me

with a lingering headache. No one else would notice it except I will jump/jolt

from it! Dee

Thanks Dee. I experience what your describing on an every day basis. What

worries me are the ones that last for several minutes. I've had this happen on 5

occations.  My Neurologist said it could be anxiety related, but I lost my job

Tuesday and I haven't had one. Maybe it was the job, lol.

When you say jolts are you referring to spasticity? If so, mine occurred after

syrinx appeared and only affects my right leg.

Hi ,

Yeah, I am scheduled to have surgery on September with Dr. Frim. I wasn't going

to say anything until close to that date so that I wouldn't be over focused on

it and the time drag by...no worries though.
