Guest guest
I just recently started using a mineral taster kit to determine which minerals my body needs, and the one that tasted the best to me was Copper. Within a few days of taking it I started getting nausea and it has continued to get worse. Also according to the taster kit as well as blood work I have good levels of Zinc, which should work inversely to copper. Does this sound like copper toxicity or could it just be some new form of healing crisis? It doesn't feel like any kind of die-off or toxin mobilization i've experienced before and it doesn't respond to the usual herx remedies like glutathione or chlorella. I'm pretty sure it's the copper causing this and not something else as the symptoms have intensified within minutes of consuming it. If this is copper toxicity are there any good ways of reducing it besides taking more zinc? I've tried some OSR but that didn't seem to make a difference. I have some DMSA that I am thinking of trying next. Any thoughts are appreciated. -Thane
