Guest guest
just a comment, picking up a comment about being de-sensitised to an abx. It isn't 'us' that become de-sensitised, it is the pathogen (or 'bug') that does. It was explained by my docs it is because of the nature of how the lungs are structured, with not lots of blood flow (which is how abx are carried) some 'bug' MAY remain, and survive, and develop some resistance. Just in the same way the common cold wiped out heaps of people never exposed to it, same way things have evolved with AIDS... Just an interesting (well, I thought so) thing I heard on a science radio program a while back - topic: " Intelligent Bacteria " . Ye gods, as if we need ! cheers, all, joy h btw - signed application for house on Friday, won't know til Monday or Tuesday, BUT both of us like it, and ticks most of the boxes for us both.... now the suspense... (or sleep at last maybe!) thx to so many of you for your prayers.... I'm so very fortunate.
