Guest guest
Incidentally, I just noticed I've yet to actually try this new approach to making scrambled eggs. So I have no idea if it's really fun even. But it sure seems like it would be. I'll keep you posted. > > > > > > I don't know much about cooking but sure thought I knew how to do scrambled eggs. So I was watching " America's Test Kitchen " the other day and come to learn that I've been doing scrambled eggs entirely wrong, maybe allowing the proteins to bind (god forbid) by maybe beating too much, pan maybe not hot enough and a bunch of other details I had never known. The outcome looked great, fluffier, much creamier and looser curds than I had been doing. Because nothing is worse than overcooked scrambled eggs, right? Gee, mind reels: what else am I doing wrong? I love too learn, but sure feel incompetent and anxious with new directions. Hold lightly, like you fold the eggs, consistently, attentively, lightly. > > > > > >
