I've been noticing a lot of the messages posted here recently still have the

original senders message still attached to them. A request, when replying to

messages posted by others please clip/erase the original portion of the text

attached -- as this will cut down on the volume and save bandwith. Thank you for

your assistance. If you have any questions or concerns please contact me.

Hello

Forgive my ignorance, but I am not sure what you are asking or what I need to do

differently.

Could I just make a suggestion? When clipping, enough of the original should be

left so those of us reading know the context of the reply. Not all of us read

emails from earliest to latest. If I open a response and there is no context, I

may have to read through 12 more emails to figure it out.

Yes, do not clip it ALL, just the irrelevant parts. Everyone has

different preferences but I have my Thunderbird email client set up to

reply UNDER the quote then you do not have to read the bottom first.

Michele Casey - you do this after you reply and type, just drag your

mouse over the irrelevant parts, this will highlight the text, then just

push the delete key, then send. Also Michele C, I just read you live in

Pueblo, interesting, I am just over the hill at Paonia and we have

another member Clements on the front range too, I think up

north of Denver.
